WHAT COMES WITH MY SHIPMENT? 

Each month will include two bottles of premier wine, chosen uniquely by the My Wine Society team, along with multiple unique gifts that pair well with the monthly theme.  Your first subscription box also includes access to Priority Wine Pass, an app offering exclusive deals to wineries.

WHAT IS PRIORITY WINE PASS

With over 450 discounts in California, Oregon, and Washington, Priority Wine Pass has grown into the largest tasting program of its kind. The Wine Pass is well known for helping customers slash tasting costs and saving hundreds while wine tasting. Please make sure to register once you receive the gift card. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

If your order is placed before the 15th of the month, you can expect it by the end of the month. We give our postage 10 days to ship to ensure accuracy and your satisfaction. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

In the first stages of Loyalty Club, to ensure maximum quality and exclusivity, we will be limiting membership to the United States. We hope to expand soon so that the rest of the world can get a taste. 

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO ACCEPT MY SHIPMENT?

This will be determined by the state guidelines at which you reside.  Please be sure to check with your state as to the local regulations to prevent any delay in deliveries.

WHAT KIND OF GIFTS SHOULD I EXPECT IN EACH BOX?

Each box of wine will be paired with a monthly themed array of gift inclusions. All of the gifts included will range from $50-75 total retail value, and are usually relatively compact in size.  

WILL MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEW AUTOMATICALLY?

All subscription renews automatically each month.  There is a 3 month commitment to each initial order.  You can choose at any time to cancel your renewal or pause your delivery at any time after the 3 month commitment has been met.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION? 

Email "loyaltyclub@mywinesociety.com" at anytime with subject line "CLUB CANCELLATION" and include your order number in the body of your email.  You will receive a cancellation confirmation email. 

HOW TO GET MY FRIENDS INVOLVED?

Upon subscribing, you should have received an “invite your friends” code in your email, or a card in your box! The code provided will invite your friends into the Club with a 10% discount. 

WILL THE PRICE INCREASE AFTER THE FIRST 3 MONTHS?

No, the price you sign up with will remain for 12 months after purchase if you choose to renew.
